The grey kit is official... www.skysports.com/football/news/11667/10956089/manchester-united-unveil-grey-third-kit-for-new-season
Adidas have been busy today—but who has the best new third kit? 👀 pic.twitter.com/mRTMcHB599— B/R Football (@brfootball) July 21, 2017
The gray kit is hideous. I could live with the imagery if the shirt itself were white, but the whole thing is just a mess.
My opinion probably will not change in the end about that kit. That being said, I was personally pretty underwhelmed by both new jerseys until I saw them worn by the players and it turned it around in a big way both times. If nothing else, I'm curious to see how this one will look when he actually see it in action.
It's slight enough on the shirt that you don't really see it that much, but the idea of it really is tacky. Fortunately, there will be few occasions this season where it will be necessary to wear it. Bournemouth away for sure and hopefully just once or twice otherwise. This is easily the worst so far in the post-Ferguson. The ant-Glazer rants are now ancient history, so why go with green and gold for a third kit as we did for a few years in the early 90s? Shirts would be flying off the shelves and it would be a great gesture all the way around to honor our heritage and acknowledge the passion of club supporters in recent years. But it's gotta have a collar to turn up.
fxckin hell... they actually went with that fan made garbage? (-.- ') i guess they only wanted to make profit off of two kits this season
I will openly mock anyone I see in person that is wearing that third jersey regardless of age or gender.
Worst off, you get to see shit like Fellaini strolling around the pitch as if he is somehow kin to the legends of yore; the guys on his shirt. What a disaster! Haha.
Story in the Daily Mail saying we may be doing a shirt sleeve sponsorship with Tinder of all things at 12 million a year. Wonder how long it is before EPL shirts start looking like South American ones with 5 sponsors.
thought this myself. without the graphic near the bottom of the shirt it would be OK but that shade of grey is not bad at all
The kits have changed a bit since that first Premier League season 👀 pic.twitter.com/NSFA8ubFKs— B/R Football (@brfootball) August 15, 2017
Looks like Adidas is finally retroing the classic 1992 Acid shirt. Have seen the shirt on Ebay a few places and the ADIDAS site, as well as a track jacket.
