Another game without our full starting midfield. Who replaces Roger? I guess at this point why not Busio? Did Roger get any additional games from the Disciplinary Committee? Will anyone want to stay up after halftime?

I'd guess Feilhaber again, I'd prefer Zelalem or Busio.
DisCo announcements usually come out on Fridays, but it won't matter for Espinoza, they've been announcing extra games after the player serves his first game all year (Marco Fabian's second game for his red card against KC wasn't announced until after he served his first game).
    I probably will.

Sounds like there may be no Roman Torres for Seattle, Seattle writers are reporting he may get suspended for PEDs

    Yeah. That was stupid.

It's hard not to expect a painful game here. Just hoping to see some of the guys returning from injury look closer to fitness.

What do you consider shaking up? I mean have players that haven’t been playing shown anything to be included in shaking things up?

He shook things up. Replaced one shit No.9 with another and inserted the slowest defender in MLS to deal with Morris and his pace. He also started the goalless boy wonder over Russell. And Croizet is not in the 18!!!!!!

I’m honestly more interested in the non soccer matters about this game over the soccer itself. Unless I missed one side budging on the issue, the timing of the SGs’ 3 Arrows dispute w/ management is all pretty amazing/horrible/etc .

Different players, give some of the young players a chance.different tactics.

I have not seen a lot of Hurtado so I like seeing him out there. It is unfortunate that Botand is on the injury list. And the turf may be limiting Russell’s minutes.

Gutierrez is our one world class player, and he's playing.

Hurtado is terrible, you haven't missed anything by not seeing him. He looks like hes 200 lbs now. His game is bowling ball with brick feet. He's extremely fast, but that's it.

Russell isn't playing because he hasn't scored in ages. Turf has zero to do with it.

Happy to see a solid 45 min of good play and be up two goals.

Fontas torched by Morris for a goal. Who could have predicted that?

Very Nice from Hurtado. Still think those are “brick feet” LukeD?

Absolute great play by Hurtado. Nice touch around the defender, speed and then a clinical finish.

Nice finish by Hurtado. For those that haven't seen him that is how he scores. Perfect counter attacking weapon.

that was indeed a good play and finish by hurtado. luke isn't wrong, though. i swear his feet were made of concrete in that first half. every touch like a donkey.

It was a nice finish but that play is all that Hurtado is. Speed on the counter. Have you seen any build up through the CF, hold up play, or passing by the CF position? Reallly, anything but that goal?

I saw Hurtado create a few turnovers, and I thought his off the ball runs were good. And like Gerso he was hustling around the field. I think we need a scoring threat like that, someone the team can use to switch up the attack as needed.
