It was so much easier getting to those games when I was on the east coast. I went to the game against either Chivas or Club America at the Mets stadium in 2010 I believe. Now coming from California makes it tough. Against a team like Barca would be nice though...
Ha, I was at that game as well, it was against Club America at Citi Field in July 2011. We were in the outfield section directly behind the goal, just a few rows up, the perfect spot.
I was behind the goal in the outfield as well. The only time I have ever been able to see ADP. Who would've thought we were going to start a string of 5 straight scudetti that year? I was only able to watch the first half of that game or I would've missed the train to take me back down to D.C.
So we were sitting pretty close to each other then. Do you remember the hot blonde wearing the black mini skirt and high heels with the Juve jersey. She was turning heads every time she got up from her seat. That little skirt didn't want to stay down at all lol. It started POURING in the second half, so bad with lightning that they postponed the game a little. Still was a fun time.
LOL Well, it being California, there are huge numbers of Chivas and Club America suppporters, as well as other clubs. I live in Sacramento, and few years ago Cruz Azul played a friendly here against some USL team and like 25,000 Cruz Azul supporters showed up trying to get into an 11,000 seat stadium that's usually used for minor league baseball. Needless to say, police security was overwhelmed.
International Champions Cup is having their big announcement today at 1pm, hopefully there's some Juve stuff in there.
yawn, the entire press conference was about El Clasico being played in Miami this July. I didn't think it was possible to suck off Barca and Real as much as they did, but they did it. Good god.
i wonder what the media will do once the jack off fest of Messi & Ronaldo is over. Maybe then this game can go back to normal? Since with these 2 around everyone just sucks RM and Barca as if no other teams exist
Juventus will be playing in the ICC in the US this summer. Their schedule is Juventus vs Barcelona, July 22nd in NYC at Met Life stadium Juventus vs PSG, July 26th in Miami at Hard Rock Stadium Juventus vs Roma, July 30th in Foxboro at Gillette Stadium See you at the two Northeast games!
Yeah, I just did that. The Barca match isn't that far from me. I'm also tempted to take a train and see the Roma game at Foxboro.
Bought my tix to PSG in Miami yesterday afternoon. Bunch of us traveling across Alligator Alley for that one.
