It will be a slow month for Serie A goes into winter break after this weekend's Befana matches. We have an extra midweek fixture in a Coppa Derby against Torino on Wednesday. So after a great finish for 2017, hopefully we continue the pace into the new year. Not crazy about taking the break now though. Serie A 6 Jan - at Cagliari 22 Jan - Genoa 28 Jan - at Chievo Coppa Italia 3 Jan - Torino
Napoli 0-0 Verona, let's hope Verona score in the second half or it stays this way. Napoli fail to win and we will go top with a win!!!
I thought so. I was just hoping it would be one of those miracle games, like France 0-0 Luxembourg in the World Cup qualifying.

Bernardeschi just set that guy up and cut on him and got past him so quickly. Unlucky free kick by Paulo.
What an absolute laser from Federico. He has been beating his man constantly so far and driving in balls from that outside edge.
Great one touch volley for a disallowed goal from Benatia I always criticize him, but today he has done well... he has done very well receiving passes and spreading it to the opposite side of the field. What is most impressive today is that he is playing long passes that have good pace on them and they are clean passes making them easy to recieve. It seems that you do not see a lot of clean balls being played too much anymore, but his has been fantastic and in fact the idea pass from a cb.
Looks like a 4-4-2 or maybe even 4-3-1-2 with Pjanic filling in at CAM and Berna as a RM. Odd looking formation atm. Would've expected a 4-3-1-2 with Berna in the hole or 4-3-2-1 but both Dybala and Berna spending a lot of time on the right atm.
