Domenico Berardi will be out for 2-3 weeks and will miss the game vs Juventus.

He seems to almost always miss Sass's games against us. Odd really.

I think we have a legitimate chance of winning all six matches this month.

bad week for sassuolo it seems...Berardi out and they just lost 3 points for their win over Pescara because they fielded and ineligible player...how stupid is that? lol

with our quality, we shouldnt lose to any Serie A team all season

Juve B, i mean Sassuolo, are appealing the decision as they say the did file the necessary paperwork in order for Ragusa to be eligible. We'll have to wait for the verdict on that one

According to what I read, the league changed the rules this year and they claim the changes are not clear. Very strange. What a shame to lose points from a game you fought so hard to win, especially after they won in the EL. Losing those points will really gas the team spirit.

Ok, Not trying to start shit... is it just me or has Giorgio been kind of flakey with mental mistakes that manifest into physical blunders, we know the passion and care he brings to his game, we know he is able...

but I feel like this happens too often and I dont recall it happening prior to the 2014 Season.... it seems like once that heavy workload at Juve and NT started to pile on and he would play hurt often resulting in muscle injuries forcing him off for a while...

This is what I am talking about, clip starts at 22 seconds....

I know this is just an isolated example, but I recall this happening for Juve quite a bit from time to time...

Has any one noticed a trend with his play, he did this in CL a few times past 2 years so its not like being in a firendly made him get lazy, it seems something structural is going on

Great for fans, but man there is so much fixture congestion. Players hardly have a break. Juve's depth will be a big factor. Every single player will be needed... including Hernanes!

This is what I was talking about on the other thread about Chiellini.

Anyways, he has been solid for us, I hope he can get his form back soon.

Chiellini will be fine. He has his annual slump but he'll get over it. Him and Bonucci have made big mistakes but in the long run they make up for it. My worry is with Benatia, Rugani wont get much time.

Chiellini was excellent in the Euros, vs Fiorentina, and vs Lazio.

For every so-so performance he has there are 10 times as many solid ones. It's just easier to remember defensive mistakes because they happen so infrequently that they stand out when they occur. It's also the nature of defending where one mistake can lead to a goal or dangerous chance.

Been watching Pjaca in this Croatia v Turkey qualifier. If he can improve his finishing he is going to be a beast. he gets into the box and it is hard for defenders to handle him.

Giorgio again with an elementary mistake leading to a goal again... this time much worse

He should not be making this mistake.... I dont know how some of you do not see it

Could it be Puma cleats just dont suit him and are making him play worse like maybe the boot is too narrow for him, i remember puma cleans being way too narrow for me, I know mistakes happen, but he has not been the player we are used to over the past 2 years.

Chiellini like all great defenders will make mistakes and when they do it will be noticeable.

Statistically he hasn't really declined over the last three years either while Juve as a team have routinely conceded the fewest goals in Italy and Europe. His main issue may be the number of appearances per year.

Could be Puma's fault. I think its Romass fault...

It is the fault of the midfield. We had no ball control. Chiellini and Bonucci were playing too much as extra midfielders. While better suited for Bonucci, not for Chiellini. Giorgio's strength is marking, not a playmaker. Why some think he should be the next coming of Pirlo is baffling.

I just can't wait for the weekend so we can get back to real football. These international breaks are just unbearable.
