That reminds me a bit of Bobby Darin's version of Mack The Knife, which I love. Some remarkable hairstyles on that stage.

During the game on Tuesday the German announce several times mocked the local press talk and their myth about not having a decent defense.

Do you think this guy is any better than BR? I'm beginning to struggle to believe so. Defense is one thing but his signings have been...lets say, UNDERWHELMING. I used to think it were the fenway clowns trying to play moneyball gone south. But, its becoming apparent that he truly believes in Alberto Moreno.

    BR had suarez.

If Klopp had suarez in his prime we would score 80+ in the prem every season

I saw a bunch of guys who had hitherto seemed fairly average dminate their games with all the top sides last season....... BR's teams wouldn't do that (that was Luis Suarez and Steven Gerrard and Daniel Sturridge assisted by Hendo, coutinho and the little many kids progenitor Sterling

    Spot on, Jurgen:

Klopp has something of a reputation for making bizarre, offbeat comments during his press conferences, but he summed up his most important player with unerring accuracy in midweek. Firmino, the foil to more obvious threats in Mane, Salah and Coutinho, really might be “the most underestimated player in world football”.

A decent squad. Stronger than last year imho.

If so, we should be able to improve on last years results ........

    Who is Jones? (Defender?)

And I take it that the youth players don't count towards our 25-man roster...are they still available for selection on a weekly basis? or does one of the 25 need to be declared "unfit" for one of the youths to be called up?

By the way - I like that squad!

Youth players are always available for selection. Lloyd Jones is the only half decent center half in the Academy

The new bio also seems to reveal that in the championship season 2010/2011 most of the players "were still single" so Klopp and about 8-10 players went partying all night after wins with no one from the press noticing. One could only notice it on the very next day in training when everyone was hungover including Jürgen himself
