Really liked what I saw. I hope we give him and Lerma a shot

Still not convinced. His movements and positions don't really make me comfortable slotting him in the midfield or in even such an important position on the NT for that matter. Maybe give him a couple of years of consistent playing time as a CM.

Try him in friendlies. See how he responds. At this point, we have to start considering several options

so he's a midfielder all of a sudden. I thought he was supposed to be a number 9

Cesc Fabegrass same thing wasn't he a striker in youth level then went to Arsenal and became a boss MF. I don't think Borre is creative enough to be a MF. To me he is a younger and better Teo without the Barranquilla power up.

When Cali still had Preciado and Casierra, Borre often ended up playing on the wings and as a 2nd ten. Honestly, he played pretty well there.

I don't know if he could pull that off in tougher leagues, though. Can't see him moving to central midfield like Narvaez at this point.

    Borre isn't better Than teo

He is failing in the league where teo is god

In thins moment he is only younger than teo.

Man do you think teo is only Barranquilla hype ? Look his commrnts in Argentina ( he isn't consider there the best player when he was ) , even Portugal .

You can't be so simple with Affirmations . Research

Respect the order posters please . Your false information and wrong facts, aren't good for the forum.

I guess there is no harm in calling him up and see what he can offer. At least in training. From what I have seen he is not that bad.

I am a fan of Ibargüen. However, not if it is at the expense of Izquierdo or even Marlos. (Yes, Marlos does not play but he can provide a lot more than Ibargüen can.)

You can’t call Marlo’s if you don’t call Mojica who gets way more playing time and is on the same team/position.

But yea. Please Pekerman make my dreams come true and call up 40 players :)

Narvaez' performance in Copa from a couple days ago.

The kid never turns the ball over and he's not afraid to get dirty. However, you can see how deceptive passing% can be as a stat. He typically picks the easiest passing option, rarely trying to put his own stamp on the game. In the 2nd half he was a little more decisive.

I have no problem with his possible call up, he's young and talented. But I think DIM's Atuesta is more ready for this level than Narvaez is.

That could be due to his decision making but it could also be due to his manager telling him to do that. I would be interested in knowing that.

As for Atuesta you and others seem to think he is ready for at least a callup to train with the Senior team. Is he really that good? I have not seen much of el DIM the last few months.

Atuesta is good, fast, and with a lot of creativity, but defensively is still lacking a lot.

The main thing about this kid that is promising is that he was a striker for so long. Even in the Real Madrid B team. He is just became a CM and working at that aspect of his game. Once that gets better and he gets more confidence could become a very good Box to Box MF
