I don't know. It's not that i don't trust him. It's that I know Quintero is a more technical player with balls
Pity scored a pk in the last minute in the semis in portoalegre agisnt gremio.........he is expert........he is always the guy in charge. Quintero isnt the only qualified or even the best of the team for this......... In the otherside Quintero also have had bad antecedentes with penalty kicks.........
I do hope that this was his maturity and not an ultimatum from the FCF like some rumors say, but I'll take it. The kids wants to go back to Europe, I think. He's most definitely not ready now, but I'll wait and see. This season will be huge for him. The team will be centered entirely around him and they have a lot to live up to.
Marcelo Gallardo (43)Juan Fernando Quintero (26)Leonardo Pisculichi (35) pic.twitter.com/Ukwuzilte0— Lucas Ajuria ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (@lucasajuriaok) January 18, 2019
River just lost against Union 1-2, a gol from Juanfer (off a deflection). Quintero is trying to create by himself, and it's really hard to watch. River are in a lot of trouble if they don't sign another creative midfielder. Even if Carrascal (or whoever) doesn't start, somebody needs to be able to sub in for Juanfer. The guy just won't make it playing 90 minutes twice a week for long...
