so what's the deal with Watford and Cucho. Would he be eligible to play for EPL next season? His loan being done with Huesca after this season, you guys see him making the jump? They're a pretty gritty team and I can see him having a nice fit in the team alongside Deeny without having the pressure to always fight for top spots. Also, like the fact that they have a bit of an international flair , including their spanish coach, which may make his transition a bit easier.
IDK about the visa issue, but Watford play pretty well overall and would be a nice step for him. They play a formation currently that would fit him perfectly playing alongside a guy like Deeney would be ideal, although Deolofeu has settled in nicely and played pretty well last half of the season there. If he can't get a visa or they don't see a place for him at Watford next year I'd imagine he ends up at Udinese since they are both owned by the Pozuelo's. Cucho does fit Watfords style, a mix of tough physical play but they also have an underlying of good soccer mixed in, they are an interesting mix of integrating an English style with a lot of foreign influence that makes for a nice balance.
Not the best of games for Cucho and Huesca today. Missed his best chance way wide of the goal and earned a silly yellow slide tackling into a defender. Taken off at the half. He looked like he was doing his best Morelos impression today. (I kid, I kid.)
Huesca may be in big trouble: https://www.marca.com/en/football/spanish-football/2019/05/28/5cecedf2268e3ed1548b45cd.html

The Championship is not ideal, but Leeds under Bielsa do not play like a championship side at all. Its not the best move in the world, but for his development I'd bet he gets a lot better, and he'd get a ton of playing time. Bielsa's Leeds last year were really, really good until they had a ton of injuries and the wheels fell off in the playoff, but that attention to detail from Bielsa would make him better.
That will keep him out of the next copa America Honestly a year in 2nd divison isn’t the worst thing for him if he works on his game and starts every game. He wasn’t even a starter the whole time in a garbage 1st divison team. No way a 1st divison English or Spanish club starts him. -Between being 3rd/4th choice in 1st divison Spain -Learning English and potentially being bench in England - working on his game and starting every game in 2nd divison I go with 2nd divison. Dude is 20/21 not 27. 2nd divison is fine
Nah. Very good for his age and has as good a potential as any young player this cycle. I can see him eventually playing the "Roger" position we saw in the Copa America.
Kid will have to work especially hard to get back on track if he's stuck in the 2nd tier. He missed his chance to attract some of the best clubs in the world during the U20 world cup a few months ago.
