    Didn't start at home vs Rayo Vallecano which was really surprising, was looking forward to seeing him in a game where Huesca was favored. Huesca did not play well and lost 2-0, when Cucho came on he looked very lively and played wide on the right. The coach really should have played him, they looked flat and lifeless, Cucho's work rate and ability to run at defenders was really missed.

    Aren’t we playing US in October?

    Going to the US vs Peru it’s 15 minutes from my house. Waiting on the list for the NYC game. Just such a crap drive.

    I hope Falcao, Cuadrado, Ospina do not get called. Would like players to get a shot.

    Obviously no carlos Sanchez, Tesillo, Nacionals 2 Wingback or, Bacca please

    1st full game in Liga I've seen from Huesca and uffff, they are awful. Save for Cucho and not saying it because he's Colombian, but these guys look like a sure relegation bound team if this is the best they got.

    Hopefully Cucho goes to a better team because this one just plays like one that does not belong in the Primera.
    Which makes sense because it is the first time they have ever been in the Primera.

    Leo Franco has NO faith in Cucho and NO clue. Cucho subbed out after 45 minutes despite clearly the best player on the pitch for Huesca.

    Every time I've watched them play Cucho stood head and shoulders as their best player, there isn't a ton of quality here and they are going to get crushed if they keep trying to play two forwards.

    I get that it would be tougher but they couldnt string 2-3 passes. They couldnt put the ball in the box. They couldnt defend despite having 11 behind the MF line...on and on. And the best player in Cucho is taken off after :45min. Franco has been stingy with Cucho so far and I just dont trust that it's a situation that;s going to be better for Cucho with Leo around.

    Yup. Besides, the team is crap. Especially the defense is dreadful.

    Cucho is their best player and the coach tends to not start him in the games that they need to win vs the other smaller clubs but starts Cucho vs teams like Barca. Not even from Cucho's standpoint but from the standpoint of not getting relegated it makes no sense, Cucho has been their best player when he's on the field and their only attacker capable of posing a threat on the ball. He's very young so maybe that's why he's holding him back, but Huesca is losing all the games vs the teams they are going to be competing with for relegation and those games are all 6 pointers for them.

    And Huesca fire the coach, not really a surprise for me he's been really poor and not playing Cucho makes no sense against the other teams around them in the standings.

    yup, Leo Franco is such a strange looking man. Looks like a martian. I remember him as a player, used to get him confused with German Lux. I think its because they are both huge guys with long hair (well they used to be)

    I really hope that this kid shows some promise. Even our more experienced "younger players" aren't that far behind Falcao who is likely gonna retire in the next few years...we need some goal scoring talent that can do a lot for the national team.

    Hope this kid nails his chance if it comes in these friendlies.

    I would love to see him play up front with Falcao.
    But knowing how things go down he will probably come off the bench and play with Bacca.

    :rolleyes::ROFLMAO:
