Starting at left back for Tigres in Copa Libertadores first leg of the final at home: http://www.flashscore.com/match/0GENkE10/#lineups;1
Are we sure that's him, and not Jose Torres the defender? Pretty sure Jose Francisco (the midfielder) is on the bench.
nope, he played as a lb today in the video you can see him at that position.(its the guy with the armband)
Univision has El Gringo starting, but in CM. http://deportesenvivo.univision.com/game/tigres-at-monarcas-on-20150801?mc=1
Tigres getting crushed 3-0 late in the second leg of the Libertadores final, El Gringo is available on the bench.
Tigres on paper, the better team. River won the game with mental fortitude. They came out the stronger team with their strength in holding, creating counters, and winning important fouls or causing some 'mind breaking' fouls on Tigres to have them lose their cool and in turn screw with their objectives on the field. River, because of who they are, the mentality that is on all the players, won it not necessarily on talent, but self belief. After the first goal, it was over. Tigres actually had the earlier, better chances...but River won it with guts, smart play and belief. Both teams equal for me. Reminded me of seeing MLS teams lose to MX sides. MX sides in Libertadores do well until the very end when the SA sides just have that edge on them.
Came on in the 81st minute in a 2-2 home draw against Chivas this weekend. Tigres went down a man in the 54th minute and had their goalkeeper sent off in stoppage time. Highlights
