If that’s all true, I guess the youth club squads over there are just as unimpressive as ours, if he couldn’t get onto that squad. Lots of talented kids don’t impress during trials but his performances with the U19 kind of implied he was ready for even making a first division squad.

He's 18 yrs old...most important thing is to play and get first team minutes. If Porto and Sevilla don't want him going back to Santos isn't the worst. He actually does have time.
No estoy hablando de las fuerzas basicas en su totalidad, solo de las ligas SUB. Si las notas son ciertas, la rompió en la SUB19 del Porto y no impresionó a un equipo B. Todo que ver.
A un equipo B del SEVILLA, que es uno de los mejores 30 equipos del mundo y que es un equipo con españoles, que son de los mejores del mundo en básicas. El Porto sí estuvo interesado en ficharlo pero no por el precio que le puso Santos, por eso es que se fue a probar al Sevilla B, que está lleno de jóvenes también. Si Maleck la hubiera roto en el Porto B seguramente estaría en un equipo mediano o chico de primera de Portugal, o en el primer equipo del Porto.
Este equipo juega en la tercera división. Si en La Liga existen partios chafisimas y de bajo nivel, dudo mucho que se esté jugando a gran nivel en la segunda y ni que decir de la tercera. Igual ojala sea que simplemente no encajó.
No es tanto el nivel de la liga sino de sus demás compañeros prospectos. Creo que Santos pedía 4 millones por el. Maleck es un prospecto aún, nada más. Al final el que sale perdiendo es el jugador, seguro regresa a México.
Nope, but to be honest I donot follow young players not in first teams anyway if they arenot Dutch and then I hardly do it. I already have a hard time to keep up with established first team players to get info to you and other guys about their players in our league.
This guy is pretty close to some players, according to him he is staying at Sevilla, awaiting a work permit, he wont be able to play until January. He says he is no longer a part of Porto.
Who knows who the hell to trust anymore. If it's already set and then being in Santos until January isn't the worst thing in the world though.
He just confirmed today that he is going to play with Sevilla. 1 yr loan with option to buy. But he can't play until Jan 1, because of work permit. He also said that it was all BS that he was on trial and didn't make the cut. He knew he was staying since the first game he played with them...once again, rumors made by the media.
