I am just asking to see it in a friendly to see how that dynamic can be applied.
I am also wondering how it could be applied against smaller less physical teams we may face in the future. All variants and ideas should be considered moving forward. Not being stagnant in ideas.

They werent techniques.......so they “took advantage “of the opponents with his physical.......always trying to pass between two players, speed, force, shots.....but not the most cerebral decisions were taken .........that is phisycal...

Yeah Zapata have more resources......and he as Davinson and Mina....they are not having succes just because they are physical...they have a lot of others resources and tools........

I am not asking to just put guys out there who are just physical. That is something you are going off in a tangent with which does not apply.
I am specifically saying I want to see how Duvan and Cordoba can play together as a variant.
In another variant I want to see how Zapata and Borja can play together.
In another variant I want to see how Marlos and Borja can play together.
    Friendlies are for experimenting.
You seem to be confused in thinking that just because I want to see players play in a friendly that I want it to be applied all the time as a philosophy which is foolish.

Yesterday after watching the Union vs DIM game was looking up for more info on Marquez. He is a 6’2 striker was like cool who else is that tall. Duvan and Jhon are both 6’2. Then wtf was Gio moreno being 6’3 such a big fking deal!!!

You were and are the only person who's ever given any damn about Gio's height. Nobody cared about that ever, and he plays the only position where height has hardly any benefit.

You have this very odd tendency to latch onto random things you heard (or misheard) and an even weirder tendency to hold battles against these random thoughts where no battle lines have been drawn.

What does Gio have anything to do with this? Odder still, you post that on a dude's thread who actually has only been considered relevant because of his physical prowess...

    Speaking of which...
...if we still had Pekerman I would venture to say that Cordoba would have very little chance of being looked at for any National team games any time soon.

Now that we have Queiroz though he may have a chance in his system. Seems to have the attributes, the work rate and physicality he would like.

I watched part of the match. Much like when he was younger, I saw him burst past several defenders and huff a shot

i get what you're saying but 2nd division Germany is still legit or should we keep waiting on Muriel to score more than 6 goals this season or for Borja to reemerge or for ? I say CQ should call the best, most in form players he can.

An argument can be made that the teams Cordoba faces on a regular basis are better than what Morelos faces for instance.

But I do think it is highly unlikely Jhon gets called up.

Had a goal from way outside the box today.
Hopefully this gets him going on some sort of a streak.
