    Game plan was right. Haaland and co didn't have their shooting boots on.

    Maybe they can make a splash in Europa

    haaland definitely played like he was ready for manchester united, just the more recent post sir alex version

    It was a good effort by Salz. Goalkeeper was phenomenal and should have been 1-0 if the defender had not checked his run and allowed the ball to go into the net.

    I have to say Klopp has really learned to manage games better. Dare I say he is almost Italian in the economy of effort shown by his team.

    I think he suffered a knock on the missed chance in the first 15 minutes. Got up holding his side, after being very dangerous early, and then faded. Luck wasn't on Salzburg's side in this match, and they needed it to be to overcome the odds.

    Really they should have got more done in the series with Napoli. Because we're talking about getting a couple points against the best club in the world for a club from Austria otherwise.
