I am going pretty much nuts on what our kits will be.

I'm hoping they hope to this very soon!!!

I need to buy one.

 

hopefully we will find out soon, as the season starts less than 2 months from now.

 

It does seem like they should be on this...NOW.

Well, I am torn since I am a Ligue 1 and French guy!

 

Wonder what the USL brass think of Nike being the apparel provider of one of the biggest thorns in there side?!?!

 

Good to know that the kits are on the way!!!! Nike being involved is actually really good for us...that's good money involved here for our boys.

I can't wait to get my new kit to hang in front of this one

 

A hell of a lot better than Adidas.

 

I was on Facebook earlier today and for all of about two minutes the ACSTL page had a link/picture of the cover of St. Louis Sports Magazine (March issue I guess?) with Ralston showing off the new jersey. It was solid yellow. Don't know if it was home or away.

I think that thing is f'ing hideous.

pretty much every single fan design was better.

That's really saying something.

 

I guarantee that's a match jersey. It's the same Nike teamwear that we wore last year, ours were just black. It's also the same as what Portland is wearing again this season.

 

Well, the yellow is bold, I'll give them that. I was also hoping for a design with a little more to it, but nobody can say it won't be distinctive, heh.

 

Well, if Facebook comments are any guide, I would estimate that the fans are 10:1 against this as a home jersey.

 

I think it's hideous. Away shirt, fine. Training top, great. Home kit? The definitive, first year, supporters-mostly-wear-home-shirts home shirt?

Absolutely terrible.

The team color is green. Not god damn canary yellow.

This club really failed to listen to its fans.

 

The shirt will also have a white strip down the back, like Manchester United used to have.

 

I wish the white trim on the jersey was green. It gives contrast to the shirt instead of just blending in.

I think it's going to be sort of a Brazil look. Green shorts and yellow socks.





I hope there's something better though.

I hope they will sell them online. Born in Kirkwood but moved to LALA land many many years ago. But I still root for St Louis. Hell I rooted for the Stars if that tells you how old I am. Played footy in the CYA center back. Ya the fat kid.
