Matsui is not a striker, but a winger or attacking Midfielder. Anyway I am looking forward to watching both players.

Expect nothing less from him. Destined to be a superstar this guy.

man of the match performance in a very poor league against a very poor team for a team out of europe after 1 game, i wouldn't look into it that much, should have stayed at reggina

Nah I'm not saying that based on this game. He is good regardless of his performance. He is that kind of superstar player.

I haven't been following him closely enough though so I was surprised he has chosen the Scottish league. England would've been a better choice for him I should think.

Nakamura played well considering this is his first game, but no goal, no assist. MOM is just a gift for his debue, I think.
Great atmoshere of the stadium , and crowd of stadium seem to expect Nakamura much. I hope he can respond to expectations for Celtic fan.

Not if you look at any of the Celtic message boards - they think Nakamura was fantastic, and all the media reports over here say that he controlled the game.

I think Nakamura has chosen Celtic because he could play in the Champions League. His job is to bring back the championship to the club.

Meanwhile, Takahara played for HSV briefly in the opening match. HSV beat Nurnberg 3-0 with goals by E. Mpenza and S. Barbarez. This year is particularly important for him because he has not secured his place in the national team.

I made a new thread for this season.
