    Nice.
I like that Renato Sanchez guy too. Makes the midfield even more dynamic.

Ironically James assisted the second goal to Renato Sanches :D
The Univision stream feed dropped during the play though. So we missed it live.

Renato Sanches was a beloved Benfica player before he was transferred to Bayern.

If we had a player like Sanches at our Aguilar position we would be almost unstoppable.
I am hoping some Colombian kids pop up somewhere like him out of nowhere. :ROFLMAO:

Maybe the angle looked odd I thought that the keeper would go for it when it was crossed.

He was a dud after Bayern spent a ton to bring him on board (but he was really young to be fair) but he's a far dynamic player to be compared to Aguilar. But I get what you're saying....and I do think this is where the game is heading where even the staunch DMF is an attacking threat: Kante, KDB, Yaya, Modric, Vidal....all guys that can do the dirty work but can turn in a dime and be an offensive option.

A young kid in a foreign country that had problems to adapt. And in an overcrowded midfield in which he did not get any time to play - and if he got it he wanted too much... Would have needed another coach than Ancelotti at that time - like Coman and Kimmich who did not get much playtime either. With Ancelotti still coach it would not have changed - that is why he got loaned out. Heynckes would have liked too take him under his feathers when they saw that it did not function in Swansea but 2 transfers a season weren't possible. He already looked good in the preseason. Than he had back problems and the recent weeks he did not get a start as stability in the first matches was more important than giving everybody match practice. With the playstyle of today and the lack of organisation you will not crack the Bundesliga parked busses... - and they made too many easy mistakes - but Benfica was somewhat harmless and left big gaps on the back.

Yeah he could have future and the benefit of the doubt .....but i disagree with my fellow country men that he is better than all of colombian central midfielders.

For that reason i want to sign his bad last season
