I think it's time to mention dark knight into this thread so he can see that we have the support for a sub forum of NASL Expansion.

 

Hey guys. Recent registree to BigSoccer, but I'm pretty heavily involved on the ground in regards to the support group that is developing around the new Jacksonville NASL club, as well as all the other clubs in the area. You'll be seeing me.

 

Hola fellow unnamed Jax NASL team supporters. I'll post regularly and toss my two cents in on the Jax forum.

 

Any thoughts on names?

I like the Jacksonville Armada... ties into the port city, the Spanish influence of the area and Armada is a cool word to say.

Well this kid is new and seems that he has not figured out how to set his info under his avatar to say favorite team (is Jacksonville even a choice yet?) or his location, I say we count him/her anyways #6.5

Ok this one says North Florida and has a Florida State dude on his avatar, so not sure if he can qualify as a Jacksonville fan. But hey it is up to the mods.

Thanks ceezmad. Yes, Gainesville, FL is about 1.5 hours from Jacksonville, I travel frequently between the two cities, as I'm a University of Florida student. Go Gators.

My friend lives in Wexford, not Florida and he's not a member! We do have an American Football team here in Waterford so not strange they'd be supporters of NFL teams

 

Also, I never declared my fandom of Jacksonville, just wanted to point out my mate here was pumped about the news
