I was there during the first half of the game. It was a great turnout that exceeded the new owner's expectations -- they actually ran out of food and drinks at a certain point. Nonetheless, everyone was there to show their support.
Yeah major thanks to everyone coming out yesterday. What a great event. I'll post it up again on the Facebook page about a Big Soccer message board for us. I'd also like a private one on our website a la what Ralph's Mob has (although it's rarely used now, it was a great tool in the beginning)

Too bad you just wasted all of that (dim) wit on a thread that's about to be abandoned for our new sub-forum. While it will go largely unnoticed, I will say that losing 10-0 is something you're probably used to being a Goats fan and what not. Marcos Senna should be about what, 47, by the time you guys make a trip down here? We'll be happy to present him with an AARP card upon his arrival. You know, because they get a lot of use down here in the Sunshine State and all.
I'm not a Goats fan, just pro-Latino in an anti-Latino world. I'm a Cosmos fan. (By the way, all my "whit" is over at the NASL Rivalries forum where it belongs. I moved it before the moderators get mad.) Marcos Senna should only be about 45 when you guys set up the tents around the football field, well fed on the Twinkies. It should be a fun day, as we feast on the local alligator fricasee and Night Train.
It is nice to already be on your radar. Maybe by the time we actually kick a ball it can be a full-fledged rivalry.
