It was Robeto's job to mark the striker run but he noticed too late and wasn't fast enough to cut the cross , why is everyone blaming Pique for everything

We won many matches last year, won La Liga undefeated (we had already clinched it before the 4-5 at Levante), but few people would say we played attractive soccer. Valverde is trying out new tactics and formations right now. The players are probably adjusting to new roles and responsibilities. Athletic is a quality opponent. They outplayed LPB recently. Plenty of La Liga to go. Lessons learned by a defeat here will have been worth it if Valverde can iron out the wrinkles he spots today. That said, we have them under pressure, Messi's on, and a goal is in the works.
