False alarm - my stream keeps stopping and starting and I though Messi had gotten his 400th Liga goal.

It’s going to be a very tough 2nd half. We’re not stretching the field of play. The game is too narrow.

Damn Lenglet thought he was Plan B Pique and we were down a goal there, barreled forward and stayed forward while we need to protect a lead against a counterattacking team.

This is an ugly game. Dembele has been invisible.

The tactical mess continues. I have no clue what VV is trying to do.

Getafe just gifted Barca a lifeline! What a miss. Miss of the year, it was an open goal.

Why can't Barca have a solid defense in games like this? They're all over the place at times.

Even Messi losing the ball too easily.

I'd be worried if Arthur lost the ball easily.

Why isn't Messi complaining? Didn't he get tripped there?

    Okay, he slipped.

Big miss from Messi there. Should have probably hit it with the right foot.

god this was annoying to watch , we had no danger whatsoever from the right side , Craperto hardly had any runs and even when he did he was too slow to continue and just goes and pass back again , really frustrating that we have to rely on one side to attack

Messi and Suarez with the goals as usual and they are top of the goal scorers so far , hope Dembele can contribute as well he had some great runs but seems that the referee didn't give him any fouls even though he was clearly fouled so many times

Perhaps, but these are the kind of mundane wins that are an essential part of any title win. Going forward we need Coutinho to show his worth, in all the publicity about Dembele everyone has overlooked that Coutinho has been playing like a drain.

Yeah, very lucky to win. The missed open net, the disallowed goal. :speechless: Plus Barca's first goal was a bit lucky-- good hustle by Messi but he wasn't the intended target of that pass from Arthur. Concerning too that Getafe's disallowed goal and actual goal were virtually identical. Didn't learn their lesson.

Then again, could've (should've) still scored 4 against one of the best defensive teams in La Liga (missed point-blank chance for Pique and one-on-one by Messi).
