Of course Neymar is a world class talent. He's arguably the best player in the world right now. I wouldn't say that but you could make an argument. He is criminally underrated at this point. Yea his antics aren't likable but he's incredible and if his team could start winning some big titles he will quickly start winning Ballon D'Or awards.
