Today U.S. Soccer announced Lupe Fiasco would be its musical director. Some say he's not the best choice since he has been critical of U.S. in the past but I think its a cool choice and he has a history with MLS. People need to realize that U.S. as a government has nothing to do with it as a soccer team. Lupe Fiasco's passion when talking about issues in the US proves how much he loves the country, not a hatred for it.
