The Iraq connection doesn't really matter. It's just important that he equates Iraq and South Korea in the same sentence.
If quizzed on it, I'm sure he's got a soft penalty or two stored somewhere in the recesses of his obviously biased mind... but that's the whole point: sour grapes.

and time does not matter with CAS, remember Juventus issue, CAS the one who punished Juventus and gave inter the title. that was months after the issue.

We demand thats our right and everyone, we did it right, right after the game we sent our information to FIFA but of course no response. Nobody even mentioned it in BS, no international or even regional website mentioned it, and after a week it was over, we were ignored and we moved on. We also won against Qatar at home, we are better than them, and we complained right, and we are a better team. But Iraq lost twice, can't say the same thing. Iraq didn't complain only after a week, and all websites are mentioning this crap, even after what months!

Time matters, this is what President of AFC Bin Hamam said on a interview with Dubai Sports. If you know better than the president then....

Ok Mr. Mussav Bin Blatter you are right. Why they didn't let Iraq go through is they simply love Qatar's oil money, and the FIFA are courrpt dumbasses. You guys love to make things so complicated and corrupted even though its so simple and basic!

still, the same thing, you complained and that what is matter. but funny thing you are admitting that you are a specialist in complaining.

just to correct your information we reported it after our first match against Qatar, the AFC did not respond, then we reported FIFA and again they told us they will discuss it, a fact that there are 12 Qataris are working in FIFA, so it delayed then after our lose to Qatar (the 2nd one) the final result was Qatar has nothing to do with it. then we reported the CAS, but in that time they were busy with the Olympic games, so another delay. 3 months passed and now they are looking at it.

Go and visit all the Committees

Executive Committee , Finance Committee , Emergency Committee, Associations Committee, Strategic Committee ... etc. visit all. you will find Qatari in every part of FIFA. Isn't that clear to you?

Good, that means Qataris will influence FIFA decisions. Its good to have power, lol. I'm sure the Iraqi complaints is in the garbage now and the Qatari officials are just chilling, smoking cigars with Blatter in his office.

At least Alex and Tulio, the only naturalized Brazilian footballers for Japan in the last 10 years moved to Japan for better education, not football when they were 14 or so. Alex and Tulio went to Japanese school, and speaks, reads, and writes Japanese fluently. They started their professional football career in Japan unlike the Brazilians of Qatar. Alex and Tulio were born in Brazil, but as footballer, they are almost native Japanese. As a final note, there is a substantial Brazilian immigrant community in Japan (Of course it is one of the biggest reasons Alex and Tulio moved to Japan). You will see many Portugese signs in the rural areas of Japan. I won't be surprised even if they play more natulized Brazilians in the future.

looool thanks for your effort on Japan, but I believe the rules are universal and the essential question here is, why is it illegal for Qatar to field the players they currently have? Good luck on that!!

Since when is Japan relevant here and should act as a reference? Since when is speaking the language mandatory to get a citizenship??? I do hope you are a bit open and consider things might be different in other countries (i.e. US birth right..nothing needed except being born on US soil).

In order to put things in perspective, here is a list of originally Brazilian players playing for another national team
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Brazilian_footballers_who_have_played_for_another_national_team
Please justify each of them in order to make sense because I didn't understand why you insisted on Japan.
Once you are done I'll give you the list of naturalized players who are not Brazilian, just to make you comfortable, it's twice longer. Good luck : ))
