Isn't it inevitable that BSH will be partnering up KSY sooner than later?

BSH is good on the ball but not too convinced of his defensive contribution, which is needed if KSY is utilized optimally.

Baker is like a more Offensive CM but no really AM, at least for me.
We have KSY-like players coming through but not many DMs. We need a quality DM that can play behind KSY and his partner.

He is an aggressive defensive type player. But LCD is built like a tank and can pass pretty well. If he concentrates on defending he might be the player we have been looking for.

But Kwon KW checks the Middle East box which Stielike seems to value.

KBK is, he played that in the championship (one of the most physical leagues) when he played for wigan. Also at Jeonbuk he's getting used as a CM. He's gotten pretty physical now. But I agree, LJS might be too slim, it was a suggestion by a desperate myself.

Paik will be the Ki replacement if he develops well, but we need a more temporary solution..

Yeah, I also gotta add that LJS is probably better as a replacement for LCY

Makes me wanna pull my hair out when you realize LYJ has exemption over Suk. By the time 2018 rolls around he'll be in Sangju.

Suk cant play in Sangju because he didnt play in Kleague for at least 2?3? years.

And they are now saying Korea is not that big compared to them after the match.. smh.. Should've crushed them 5-0..

I dont think they cared about this friendly that much.

National teams like Korea might find difficult to combine quality with good shape; this is happening for some reason such as:

    1) Most of korean key players are not playing in their european clubs.

    2) Some players have already played so many games in their european teams, so they are tired now. Physicaly and mentaly.

    3) Season in Asia just began

    4) travel from Europe to Asia its stressful.

why does that matter and why does he have to be korean to make the points he made and why are you being weirdly defensive over a non-critical post

I was impressed with the quality of Thais' play in the match. They've clearly improved in the last few years. And they have a flourishing soccer culture. They will be among the top 10 Asian teams in few years.

The current bad shape of knt has made the thais look good, but i dont really think they are...at best decent, for the asian standard of football. That's all.

No such rule. Only need to be playing for a K-League club when applying to play for a military club.

Actually the Thais weren't that great. Their passing was pretty poor, and they only started to do anything meaningful with the ball when we started giving them acres of space with no pressing. Not to mention their horrendous finishing and etc... We were bad, like hyphen said.

Weren't most of their finishes decent, just that KSG managed to save Korea's face? But I do agree that both teams were not impressive.

Even for that Kim's vital save, the ball was rolling at 1 mph. Their shots were tame, just reminded me of the fabled Lee's 소녀슛.
