schocked by this line up...i thought we would never see this 3-4-3 again after the debacle vs Russia. But anything just to play Hummels.

oh my... we are going to get smashed with that line-up. Why not try to build some continuity of formation and play style? Why not try to build some strategic cohesion in our last 3 games before the WC?

And.. why is KSG starting again? It seems like STY already made his decision between the two.

It seriously boggles my mind that he benches Koo Jacheol, a guy that is playing regularly in Bundesliga.

We should have sticked with the 4-4-2 vs Colombia. But...

That's a pity but i can hardly find a place in this starting XI. The only two options i can see are:

    1) play him as CAM in a 4-2-3-1

    2) play him as a CM in a 4-3-3.

It's less of a problem than not testing HHC and CHW and sticking to JHS and JWY. Koo ain't better than LJS or KCH imo.

He's better than LJS LOL. But he's wayyy better than Jung Wooyeong especially in this particular formation.

Like I've said, just put him beside Sonny.

Koo is better physically and in scpring goals, but imo 1. he's most effective as a CAM and that position doesn't exist in our system and 2. LJS is more creative than KJC.

edit: as a winger LJS > KJC
    as a CAM/HS KJC>LJS

edit2: and yeah he's waaaaaaaaaaaay better than JWY. Probably everyone is. JWY is a sloth.

edit3: a striker pair of KJC and SHM has been tested kn the past but was as kneffective as l
playing KSW. They don't harmonize in a two top system. KJC needs to be a CM alongside Ki or CAM. But otherwise he's better off as a sub.

Yet again, we've WASTED another friendly. The Polish are going to polish us off the pitch.

Yeah I wouldn't put KJC as winger but in this 3-4-3 formation I'll put him beside Ki instead of Jung Wooyeong.
But in a 4-4-2 formation, I'll put him beside Son Heungmin while he plays like a second striker or CAM.
In a 4-3-3 formation, I'll put him as a one of the central midfield with LJS and KSY.

that's the sad part really because Poland is probably our best opponent before the WC yet he thinks it's the best time to "experiment" -_-
I'm so done with this mother fcker.

As I said. A front pair of SHM and KJC wont work. But KJC could be really useful in the other roles you mentioned.

If KJS wasnt injured, PJH prob would have been in the middle with Ki. I wanted to see how Go Yo-Han does, but he's currently injured as well :/

He experiments with the formations but sticks to the same players over and over again. Shouldn't it be the other way?

what do you think of KJC as false 9 to play counter attack with Son and Kwon on the wings?
