Attack looking positive. Defense looking negative.

Agree, there's a huge gap in the right side. Trying to play possession against a much better opponent is not the right choice, though. But let's say, that's only a friendly match.

This was a good litmus test to show how much more we have to go to even be on the field against a top team. All things considered, this was still an exciting game to watch. Some observations I had were:

1.Son should've tried to make the easy play instead of going for highlight plays every time he touched the ball. Kinda hard to settle the team down when they see you the captain constantly doing that.
    2. LJS was really poor continually losing the ball or being out of position.
    3. Our cbs were really up and down, and KMJ in particular didn't impress as much as I hoped.
    4. I know LKI probably shouldn't have started, but Bento couldn't have thrown him in there for 5 min at the end?
    5. Jung WY had a decent game, but I'm not surprised. He seems to do well in these open games, but his inability to make a forward pass will be highlighted once we go back to our next qualifier.
    6. HUJ was straight up erased, and this seems to happen against strong cbs. Doesn't really offer much when this happens.
    7. Our right side was constantly abused. Kim MH got baptized by fire, but I actually wouldn't mind seeing if he can grow into the role.

I would add 3-0 is a little bit harsh result (Korea and Brazil had as many shots on target , I think). But individually, Brazil has much more qualities than Korea, tbh, nothing surprising. Even with their C team they would beat Korea with ease. That said, offensively, Korea was pretty decent, they were able to find spaces, they just lacked the finishing.

I think a 4-3-3 would have been a better option, with 3 central midfielders to cover the axial area and to press the flanks. There was too much space between JWY and JSJ.
I hope Bento won't always stick with a 4-2-3-1 even though the team have showed they were pretty good in the build up today.

Was only able to watch the first 30 minutes but we showed glimpses of a respectable team.

I appreciate the attempt at possession and think we did fairly well given the opposition we were playing. Still don't think our players have enough poise to pick out the right pass with more than one defender pressuring but at least we did more than string together 3 passes and then boot the ball.

I really don't like how SHM plays for the national team. He is so much more effective when he's not trying to score Puskas goals.

Was fun to watch despite the loss. We could've done better tho..
Just to make you guys feel better, Japan lost 1-4 to Venezuela.

KMJ made a bunch of stupid mistakes which almost led to goals.
