http://www.football-italia.net/103638/milan-warn-donnarumma i don't know how to feel about this move if it's true. clubs need to stop allowing agents to run all over them, but one club taking a stand won't change the system. clubs need to band together to stop letting agents dictate the terms. why hasn't the ECA addressed this? there's no reason why agents should be putting clauses into contracts where they get paid commissions on transfer fees other than that's what they're demanding. raiola knows he's got the leverage here. there's no doubt about that. milan will either have to sell this summer or let gigio go for free next summer. raiola claims to be acting in his clients' best interests, but with the huge commissions he charges, he's got a direct conflict of interest with his clients. think about the pogba transfer. how much did raiola personally make off that deal? like 30M or something crazy. if he's taking that much money out of the deal, that's money that isn't there for his player or for the team to pay others. the big clubs are spending insane money for players transfers and wages, but it is a zero sum game. every dollar agents are paid is money that comes out of the game. i'd hate to lose gigio, but how much longer can the game let these agents do this?

He's also trying to get clauses introduced whereby if Gigio sticks around and the team achieves certain goals with the "project" then he'll be compensated. In other words if he can't play revolving doors with Gigio like he does with his other clients, he'll still get compensated. Sleazy prick.
