Apparently this is legit, but complicated by a recent injury to another West Ham forward recently.

After a disappointing spell with West Ham I thought his next move would have been to MLS. Sevilla would be an amazing move, especially since De Jong seems to have had a poor start to the season.

There was a lot of rumors of Pizarro to Milan earlier this summer and now they are picking up again. There could be some truth to this and would be great news if it was. Also if somehow Montes left too.
