    Spin, strawman, spin, strawman.

This guy never will actually address the point. He just spins and throws out nonsensical strawmans.

No one is buying that shit anymore.

Who gives a shit about being the most Madridista? We are talking about how you shat nonstop on Zidane and how I predicted you wouldn't be man enough to admit you were wrong when Zidane made a fool of you.

    Try to stay on topic.

I'm watching the real Madrid hoops game so I'm going to be brief:

We were shit at the start of the season and a lot of the blame and responsibility was on Zidane. Along with a disastrous handling of the Bale thing during the preseason.

We are better now and a lot of the credit goes to Zidane.

    Those are the facts.

Its a bit like you having a mental breakdown when we extended Kroos and now saying "wow! Zidane transformed him!" like there were not people seeing value in his game the entire time.

You win some you lose some. You only win here though because you pummel people with dumb shit. Greetings.

By the way, tagging Zidane05 to join in is absolutely pathetic. :D

Us being shit at the beginning of the season had nothing to do with Zidane. His job was to build this team, not magically turn it from shit into a worldbeating side in a manner of weeks.

    He did his job well.

Kroos and Courtois on thr other hand were poor for long periods but are now doing well. We celebrate their recovery.

You on the other hand despised Zidane's return from the beginning.

Zidane is often labeled as simply a man manager (which he certainly does a good job of), but he deserves credit as a tactician as well.

Time and again, we’ve seen many tactical changes that seem to pan out in key moments. Some will say he may not be deeply committed to one philosophy, but I like his adaptability. He’s not being reactionary in his changes based on opponent, but he’s changing personnel and structure to maximize our chances of winning.

It’s also not like he’s going from tiki taka to park the bus either, we go out with a plan to play good football every time. It’s small tweaks, from things like personnel changes such as Casemiro and Valverde, to also structural changes, such as Case dropping into the back line when on defense or emphasizing diagonal switches.

It is ridiculous that he had to prove himself all over again after what he achieved the first time he was with us. Iirc he won 12 of the 16 trophies we were playing for. That's amazing.

What amazes me the most is how we were leaking goals and then suddenly (after the Sevilla match? Mallorca?) we became a rock. I can't remember the last time we were so good at defense.

It was right after PSG game then we went on a 3 game streak without allowing a shot on target against us.

For much of Zidane's first tenure we've been solid defensively as well.

Lippi wasn’t that much of a defensive manager, but you learn a lot about tactics in italy, formation was really important back then.

I couldn't agree more. With all his flaws and imperfections, Zidane is perfect for us.

We're so lucky to have him.

Maybe he’s just a good manager , both on and off the pitch, all the claims that he’s “only” good at motivating players maybe wide of the mark somewhat, It’s normal that not everyone will agree with all the moves he makes,

However, no one can tell me it’s just motivation alone that has made the team as a whole better defensively considering how porous we were, or comes up with the changes in formation depending on the players available or the opposition, also the subs are getting better

It's only a few months ago that this team was struggling. People need to calm down.

We look better now, but we also have not played many good teams. Both Atleti and Barca have been horrible.

We have City in CL, and Barca just got rid of Valverde.

A few months from now, we could be out of CL and several points behind Barca.

Will you guys still be calling him perfect?

I say he will definitely do it and be the best coach in Real Madrid's history.
I don't believe much in the champions league this year, our forwards are just not enough to win it I think, but we can get the domestic double.
