I was so pissed when he didnt play against Maiorca and Betis,without him the midfield is absolute trash.He should be undisputed starter ,he brings dynamism,energy,he runs and move constantly and is good on the ball.
Modric is the greatest midfielder in the clubs history but he should accept Xavi role this season.

Case and Fede, arguably our two best players this season. Who would’ve thought that? Good to know Zidane knows exactly the types of attributes we need in our CM. Makes the loss/loans of Llorente and Ceballos a moot point.

 

I don't consider their loan a loss. Ceballos was a clear viper who was in way over his head

 

I’m so happy that he got his goal, it had been coming. I truly believe this can elevate him to a new level. He already gets into very good positions, if he starts unleashing that right foot more often then watch out...

Both Varane and Casemiro announced their names to the world in the Clasico. Maybe it's time for a Valverde masterclass...

 

He is going to be a pain for barca to deal with.

Usually they attempt to contain us and it's easy with Kroos and Modric who aren't so vertical.

Valverde changes all of that. Let's just hope we have no injuries. That's my only concern.

 

Let's hope Zidane plays him from the beginning and doesn't rely on modric Kroos casemiro as starters
