Back when I was young and foolish, after a Saturday night of partaking of the grape and chasing wimmen of questionable virtues, I went for grub. Around 1 or 2 AM I would meet up with my K'beckian pals [once removed] at a local diner for French Meat Pie. With names like Gagne, Longpre, LaFrance, and Parrisault, what else could they be. The pie and fries were slathered with gravy and even though the curds were absent it was close. The baby peas were a nice touch. I am sitting here in my wrongness. [the meal was always delicious]
