We're a top 20 team. The semi-final has become the holy grail to us, what does that tell you. We have always flattered to decieve, never produced what was promised. As a nation we get caught up with all the hype (I know I do). One week we are the greatest team on the planet the next we're the crapest team to walk the earth, there never seems to be a grey area. The truth is we're slap bang in the middle of that grey area of mediocrity. We are a good team on our day, but we aren't world beaters. I used to be a believer but the years have worn me down, through my naivety I beleived it when they told me this was the golden generation, through the many matches I have had to endure however the golden gloss hass been stripped off these players, and I'm finally beginning to see the truth. The worst part about it is, if we get to the next major championship, I'll be brainwashed into thinking we can win it again.
