Have you considered coaching? At the younger ages, it really is more about what the coach is NOT doing than what the coach is doing. As long as they learn proper technique, the advanced stuff really isn't needed until much later.
My son as a U11/U12 had a coach who would constantly yell contradictory instructions to his team during games along with healthy doses of berating whenever there was a mistake. My son told me he learned how to ignore the noise, which basically means he was ignoring the coach. This and other issues force him to change to a different club.
