Funny, one of tne mods told me to ask the question here, thing is i only have permission to start threads here in customer service, i would like to know why i cannot create threads elsewhere
Moving to the customer service forum. You need a few replies and a little bit of time as a member to start threads.
i give up I dont think i have ever felt so frustrated with a forum and the lack of support from admin/mod staff There are others, that is where ii will be Laters
Dude, take a breath. I don't know either, and traditionally it has not been something that has been advertised. This is for spam prevention. Also, there are some fora that need to have new threads approved to prevent redundancy.
This guy is having similar problems and I cannot figure out why. He PM'd me asking. https://www.bigsoccer.com/community/members/rlennon.203817/ Any ideas? Huss
AFAIK, that number has never been released. Not quite correct. For the past 5+ years, that number has not been made available. And I suspect that it is to prevent spam. And welcome to BS.
This issue should be added somewhere in the Terms of Service agreement that is read and agreed to upon registration to the forums. It's very frustrating to signup and then find out you're not even able to post a new thread in the forum which is meant to be to introduce yourself (Introductions). I think it might even be a good idea just for this limitation to be removed for the Introductions forum.
spam prevention. I delete several a week in various fora...it will probably get worse if this limit is announced.
I'm trying to post a thread in the apparel section but it doesn't work..I just have a simple question about ordering a jersey.
You're going to have to wait a while. As has been posted here in this thread before, there is a time limit and numbers of posts threshold you have to meet before you can start any threads. I'd love to know, though, when you discover you can start posting threads. Maybe you'd shoot me PM conversational message.... Oh, and welcome to BS, even if you are a Liverpool supporter. You've been posting at the Arsenal board, which takes some courage since we're a cranky bunch since we stopped winning. But, I for one welcome the posts of fans of other teams.
