I have a pretty long history in customer service fields. You disrespect my coworkers and then ask me for assistance (I'm the mod of this forum), I'm not gonna go that extra mile, make that extra effort. Shit happens all the time, but there are ways to express that frustration w/o being disrespectful.
I have practically no history in customer service and I still know what you have stated here is common sense. I'm amazed at those who don't get this.
