Is there an MLS club that we have a better overall record with? And DCU is the flagship club of MLS, L.A. Galaxy be damned! Looking forward to see our Struna deal with Rooney. Finally a 7:30 at night home game! VAMO HOUSTON!!!
Weather forecast for Saturday night in Houston. At 7 pm CDT: 81F 76% humidity wind 12 mph SSE Scattered thunderstorms 50% chance of rain This forecast has been in flux but right now it looks like a good chance of thunderstorms in the evening after being cloudy most of the day. The chances never get to 60% but they stay in the 50s through the evening. We shall see. This forecast can change.
I understand that this offer is not on premium seats but it’s starting to feel like every single Dynamo game you can get large discounts on reasonable seats, even games featuring Wayne Rooney http://mobile.twitter.com/webtilton/status/1129401235050782721
$15 for a seat in 204 that goes for $49. I'm not sure this is a good move, they need to be discounting in the areas that are far less. This is just a good way to upset an STH who paid full freight.
Or package a deal for less off a Dynamo home game ticket for a few dollars off original face value but it will include a Gold Cup match ticket for a good deal. In this way the FO is giving a discount to new Dynamo fans, a discount however that doesn't slap the face of all in STH men n women and as well locks in a Gold Cup sale.
Not enough STH (or at least not enough attending) to matter, IMO. I have two ST; I'd rather see the stadium fill up than whine about the one-off price someone else got.
I find it funny because they tried to hold the DC game back in multi-game and season ticket packs at the beginning of the season now we let folks buy tix at 60% discount. Theoretically this week you could have gotten tix in 204 for both games for $22 combined total plus fees. And those are decent seats. They should probably discount the supporters sections more because those sections are never close to full at most games. Really should make both upper end zones and corners GA
In the last two seasons, following a bit of a resurgence, they actually increased the price of SG section tickets. I agree with what you're thinking. The new CRO also seems to be on board. Whatever is left of the previous regime is what continues to hold the organization back. All the talk they give of cheapening the game/product and fear of losing revenue; welp, you can't lose on $0 if they're not coming in through the damn door in the first place. Being the most expensive show in town and not having had the product to justify it over the last several years and the cognitive dissonance it takes to not realize you're shooting yourself in the foot is impressive.

The problem with that is you're right. The FO probably believes that it does not matter. But they stand the risk of losing a renewal, which gives them up front money for the season months before the season even starts. It's not whining - it's a belief from those STH's that their membership is not valued. The whole impetus of the organization should be to fill seats with folks who will buy a years worth in advance, I'm just not sure that single game seats account for increased STH sales. But then again what do I know - if they wanted my opinion they'd have invited me to one of their focus groups
Yeah, but you get Orange Rewards!!! The $7 free scarf or Eric Alexander bobblehead figure is well worth the extra hundreds of dollars you pay as a STH over the game-by-game promotional price!!
I've got 4 tickets (Sec 204 Row D) to the game I can't use tonight. If someone wants them gratis please start a conversation with me and provide me your e-mail and I'll Flashseat them to you.
