Bengtson with a goal drought... How is he still being called-up.. I think there should be no excuse to call him up.. he doesn't deserve it at this time. Guy has been absolutely garbage these past two seasons with Motagua. He's really looked like a shadow of his former self. With that said.. Rommel Quioto should definitely get a call-up. He on the other hand has been lighting up La Liga and has been bangin a lot of goal for Vida. He's been a really good player for Los Cocoteros this past season. Won't be surprised if he gets the nod over the likes of Bengtson, Welcome, and Rojas.

Do you guys think Leveron can earn a starting spot on the squad? I know that both he and Figueroa are left footed, but maybe they can both start at CB, those two are our most secure defenders. Leveron reminds me of Samuel Caballero, he keeps his cool under pressure, and I think is destined to be the captain of the squad for years to come. A back four of Izaguirre, Figueroa, Leveron, Crisanto with Wilson protecting them would be a handful for Concacaf teams for years to come.
He already has a starting spot lol... Maynor Figueroa hasn't played CB since like the World Cup and Luis Suarez doesn't figure him at CB as Rueda did. Right now its Osman and Leveron as the CB pairing. Muma as back-up, with Figueroa as the starting LB until Emilio Izaguirre gets his form back.. and recently Suarez has seemed to try and play Izaguirre as a midfielder/Winger with Figueroa as the LB. I think against Ecuador he wanted to play Izaguirre as a wide volante.
