Clearly Giggs. Henry could match Giggs pace and acceleration (a great recipe for being a world-class dribbler) but he never had Giggs agility. Giggs of around 92-95 was possibly the most devastating dribbler in the world. It might not have been super flashy, but it was very effective. Henry might have been harder to stop at full-pace because of his superior strength, but Giggs' ability to change speed and direction at will was pretty insane. I don't know who had the better ball control though.
The most devastating dribbler in the premiership...probably The world 92-95 Dejan savecivic Roberto Baggio two players I can think of who had equal/superior ball control during the relevant time period and had more end product as a direct result of their dribbling kanchelskis was IMO a match for than giggs with more style as well I agree though that Henry cannot be compared to prime Giggs in dribbling .Prime Henry was a speed merchant who looked elegant on the run but couid seldom beat two players in one dribble(not saying he could never do it but it was definitely rare) Giggs was also a better dribbler than Luis Figo but inferior in most orlther aspects
