He was partly responsible for the psg goal. He was expecting the ref to call offsides, but that never happened. His mark took the shot and scored the goal. I think he could have done more to stop the shot, but he was expecting an offsides call. He's on the bench now for the second half
Seems to be what happened. Assumed a call was coming, and it never did. Not that it matters much since he should've kept his concentration and played on, but was the PSG player actually offsides? I didn't see the replay.
This goal?: https://streamable.com/rtsml Don't see how he was partly at fault for the goal. Roma's whole defense was a mess.
Moreno played fullback. BSMX posters who never really watched him in Spain and Holland only just found out he's not exclusively a CB.
The angle doesn't help but it does seem like roma's #25 is in-line with the attacker also moreno gives him enough time to adjust himself and shoot without putting any type of pressure on him while flailing his arm in the air the entire time.

He always does (get smoked). Dude is entering his retirement years and never reached 50% of the expectations they had of him becoming the next marquez, it's kind of sad that he is our best CB thou.
He mentions he didn't know English, but I remember his dad from a Dutch special in 2010, Hand van God and he had good English, so I think he at least had a grasp of it before moving to the Netherlands.
