The fundamentals haven't changed much, have they? I just watched a video tour of the new RSL training facility with an accompanying stadium for their USL team. Do the Fire have lights yet at their "training facility?" Or are they still using these: I ask because I started looking around during this opening MLS weekend. I did a search on my DirecTv and found a whole bunch of MLS games. I finally found a listing for the Fire/SKC game next weekend, but it was on FS MW out of KC. So, it is opening weekend, and the Fire have not yet announced anything about their local broadcasts?
Considering we have to pay to air our games, maybe Andi just doesn't want to pay anymore, just like everything else FIRE related.
Maybe we are going back to NBC 5.2 or whatever that was a few years ago. It was free after all and we all know that's how Andi likes it.
As I recall, Hauptman had to a teeny, ween amount for it. It wasn't free for me, I had to buy a new antennae for my tv...despite having Dish with about 300 channels.
I guess I won't be watching the game on the 10th, since we don't have a TV provider and Andi is still the owner of team (that's why I won't be attending it in person). #FvckYouAndi
Well, that's one way to try to boost home attendance. Don't broadcast home matches. #DollarMenuMeetsDollarBill Guess I'll be relying on facebook and Twitter.
So having made some moves last year to get the league off his back, Harumphman feels comfortable going back to his Dollar Menu strategy?
How have they not gotten the Pub to Pitch buses registered to have alcohol on board? The city regulations are absurd, granted, but this really puts a damper on one of the few lures the Fire had to get the critical MLS demographic out to Bridgeview.
