Odds that those big mounds of dirt would play defense than the Fire did on Saturday?

DPs are paid by team beyond the salary cap hit, right? Garber gets the credit not Hauptman?

Hauptman will receive credit if he deserves it. Let's wait to hear what happened.

If there are reports that Hauptman was pushing this deal, I will give him credit. Until then, he does not.

The situation is so toxic, he has to earn credit.

I doubt the Schweinsteiger signing happens without #HauptmanOut.

Given his history of not forking out Keane money, I suspect Hauptman had nothing to do with signing Schweinstiger.

The league's' sudden interest in promoting the sport in Chicago is suspicious.

I sincerely hope a sale is in the works.

Not holding the ASG in Orlando's brand new stadium is certainly odd. That has been their MO in recent years...

I'm no longer hoping it "happens", I'm hoping they "finish" the sale.

Seriously, all these things happening look like there's already a few people on the phone w/the league. (probably not the Ricketts, though)

Come on now guys, WE all know Andrew had NOTHING to do with this. This is the leagues doing. Thank You Don (It would of been nice if you could of done this 3 or 4 years ago), hopefully this means the end of the Hauptman era, because we won't have enough funny money next year to pay for Bastian Schweinsteiger 2018 salary. WE all know Andrew isn't going to use his wife's/father in laws money to pay for him. I'm sure Andi is praying that he's a flop, so he'd have an excuse to not picking up his option (2018).

I mean it's pretty obvious, did anyone wonder why the All Star game is in Chicago this year at Soldier Field? The league had Bastian as a target before they even announced the ASG would be here.

If Andrew used his own (family) money on Bastian Schweinstegier signing, you would think he would of been shouting it from the roof tops by now.

Thanks MLS (Don Graber) for living up to Andrews promise from 5 years ago (willing to sign a Keane money player), he sure as hell wasn't going to. Hopefully this means that the league is taking over the team for a future sale.

Gilberto: 20 games (17 starts) 5G, 4A (he was signed 7/27/15 and contract terminated 6/29/16)
    Maloney: 17 games (16 starts) 3G, 2A
    Castillo: 8 games (6 starts) 0G, 0A
    Ljungberg: 15 games (13 starts) 2G, 7A

Well if we had an owner who cared about his team and wasn't a cheapass, he could have.

Hopefully the league is working on this.
