As a protest don't occupy your seats opposite the cameras or behind the goal until 30 minutes into one of your UniMas matches. The Don hates empty seats. But by then you'll probably have won 6 on the bounce and the stadium will be packed.

Cakes is the worst. The Fire's training facilities are a laughingstock. Gutting the Academy: not good. No USL team: check. His actions clearly show he simply doesn't care about excellence, or anything approaching it. It's all low, low budget, yes men and hope for the best. We deserve better. Hope a sale is imminent.

How can we have an "onerous" contract with Bridgeview when the village is getting destroyed financially by the stadium? Grant Wahl makes it out like Bridgeview is sucking away all the Fire's money through this terrible contract the foolish Fire signed. We have a contract that gives us a stadium where the investor in that stadium is getting crushed financially. It sounds like we have a great deal and it's Bridgeview that is stuck with an onerous contract.

  6. That's the way I see it though there's plenty of stupid brought by both parties in this deal. Andell's mismanagement of the club has allowed newer, or rebranded clubs to leave them choking in exhaust fumes as they pass by the jalopy that is the Fire. The village thought the stadium could attract another 20-30 events per year that would support more revenue, both from the facility and the surrounding area.

I'm still of the opinion that the stadium is not the issue with the team. Yes you can invest some money in the stadium to make it nicer but most of all put a ********ing respectable product on the field that people can be proud of supporting and Bridgeview Stadium will be packed. Give the fans what they want and they will show up period. The Hawks were irrelevant for a long time and then they gave the fans what they wanted.

Have you seen the television broadcast at Fire games the last couple of season?
This a game in and game out occurrence.
The stands on the same side as the cameras are usually much more full than the opposite.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
That's some good comedy right there, sir.

In this case, Grant Wahl knows virtually nothing about the situation.

You are absolutely correct. This contract is very favorable (too favorable) to the Fire and MLS.
Also, the lack of development (due to the economic slide and the other reasons we have all bitched about for a decade) have contributed to the Bridgeview's albatross.

What is strange is how apathetic the Fire have been.
The Fire is in charge of negotiating the naming rights and have done nothing about it.
The Fire the field deteriorate in 2014, despite having the power to easily fix the problem.

The location is not ideal. It is not that bad, though. It is just a block from "Chicago" and only 11 miles from "downtown". Public transit and the ingress/egress kind of suck.
The stadium is "older" as far as MLS stadia are concerned. It is not that bad, though. It could easily be updated and is designed for expansion, if the crowds warranted it.

The stadium, or its location is not the issue. Hauptman is the issue!

This. The stadium's location is not an issue. Could it be better? Sure. Could it be worse? Hell, yes. The venue needs a freshening, but nevertheless it's VG for watching a match.

From a Bridgeview-Fire relationship perspective, Bridgeview's got the short end of the stick. Which isn't to say they're blameless for their plight, they're not.

Yes, #HauptmanOut won in the biggest margin of victory since Reagan. It would have been more if it wasn't for the millions who committed voter fraud.

This isn't too surprising. Wasn't Wahl covering CONCACAF, & supposedly saw & reported NOTHING, while Blazer & Warner lined their pockets? He's a fvkcing piece of sh!t, & a dumb motherfvcker.

That said, the moronic meme that TP is a problem is "Out-of-Town Stupid." Wahl wants us to believe that this stupid org will "move downtown."

One wonders, "where, exactly?" Back to NSF, so this club can be as fvked as DCU have been?

If not, WHERE would a venue be built, and WHO would pay for it? The broke city? The broke state? Or the owner who can't even pay players without TAM/GAM?

I get that Wahl is a complete pussy, & that he won't be in the least bit critical of his buddy Andy. But if anyone can fix the fvkcing team, this fanbase can/will rise from the dead. Unfortunately (for polesmokers like Wahl), that will require this team to be sold.

    What a dumb motherfvkcer.

Grant is a national reporter. If you saw his ambition rankings and all of the BS the FO gave him. It would be hard to tell that indoor facility is a money maker rather than an asset for the first team. It's hard to know that our practice facility is basically the same setup as RFK but with less practice fields when the club describes it the way they do.

Sure. You just described, "Out-Of-Town Stupid" in more rated G vocabulary.

I simply can't help myself when dealing with the polished turd that is this organization. I feel a deep hatred and resentment towards this club that simply HAS TO be expressed in a natural way.

    Carry on, then...
