Has any club done CCAF treble

    If you mean strickly in the CCL era I'm going to say no without looking it up since that competition began recently. If you are including the CONCACAF Champions Cup which I believe goes back to '62 then the answer is maybe.
    Many nations don't have a domestic FA cup competition.

    While you should always take Wikipedia with a grain of salt, the CCAF treble has been accomplished twice:

    While I trust the page, there might be more, since I think Wiki's football editors (esp. on the English Wiki) are more thorough for UEFA than they are for CCAF, especially for non-NAFU nations.

    That sounds about right for "the" treble in Mexico, make it an optional quadruple by wrapping up the Club World Cup in Decmeber
