Since it's taken over a life of its own, it deserves its own thread....

Luigi Guelpa, Il Giornale journalist: "It is the news of the year: Pep Guardiola has already given his word to Juventus for the next 4 years. Allegri will leave, the Spaniard will be the new coach."

Should this not be on the The Other Teams Thread with Ranieri taking over Roma?

It's for discussion of Juve's new coach, which seems nearly certain for this summer.

Then open this in the summer since you did not get my message.

I have to say, I'm really getting sick and tired of the melodrama that we seem to go through every summer, especially over the past three years.

Prying Pep from Man City is huge news, but its not huge for Juve cause he ain't the answer.

We'd have to blow-up the entire squad and work from the ground up. Things are nowhere near bad enough to justify that kind of squad turnover.

Why when there's plenty of discussion that could be had on who the new coach will be and the impact it will have going forward.

We have a thread about summer signings that's active practically year round. Feel free to ignore this thread until summer if it bothers you.

The discussion is ridiculous, idiotic, foolish & non sequitur. It is just the rags making up shit. Zidane has been announced to about four clubs already, including a return to Madrid. The rest are tied to teams already. Allegri is still our coach and likely will be so until the end of the season. Today is the 8th of March. The earliest any announcement can be made is late May. More likely in June. So nothing is going to happen for the next few months other than rumors by so called journalists. But feel free to make this an important thread about nothing.

Why is this any different than the multi-page threads every transfer winder on player speculation?

And yet you still keep coming back to this thread. If you don't like it, stop coming into the thread.

Oh and Juve can announce a coach whenever they want, they're not bound to a timetable,

    Go grandstand elsewhere.

Guardiola denies the rumors (as if there was ever any doubt that he wasn't coming here)

Don't get your panties in a wad there Dante. You replied to my post. I gave you a response. Do you see me discussing a new coach? But like I stated before, if it is that important for you, then go for it.

The guy calling this “ridiculous, idiotic, foolish & non sequitur.” telling others not to get their parties in a twist lol. Thanks for the laugh.

I doubt Pep comes to Juve.
    Zidane is the obvious answer.

Multiple reports from Spain that Real Madrid will hire Zidane to coach them.

It's official, Zidane returns to the Real Madrid bench.

The Conte talk is picking up steam, it's like Agnelli has learned nothing.
