I feel bad for le'meme's professional career, i don't know it that clembuterol situation affected his chances of signing for a better european club but after he left ajaccio sus malas decisiones lo an llevado a mendigar en clubes de bajo perfil, despues de rusia 2018 no seria nada mal que regresara a Mexico o a vivir comodamente en California y jugar en el Galaxy con los JDS bros o Vela.
Honestly he might need to comeback to Liga MX just to change his mojo. Layun did and it literally changed his career and life. He left as a regulation bound squad player for a brief stint in Italy. Came back to eventually captain a team to a championship which opened even more European opportunities for him shortly thereafter. He should ask for a loan this winter back to Liga MX.
I'm sure he's going to MlelS after his stint in Belgium. One of the reasons he stayed at Malaga was because his wife liked the way of life there. Dude is about to turn 33, and has a young child. The guy will probably want peace, and an easy paycheck by then.
I don't know if it's Memo just being inconsistent or he has terrible luck. But this dude just can't seem to catch a break. Sad.
Ochoa's story depresses the crap out of me. Love the guy one of my favorite players ever but I definetely dreamed he would have a higher ceiling
Do you all watch the games or look at the score line and assume this is all in him? I'm guessing the latter.
I don't know about you but I expect for a midtable team to get thrashed by one of the top two teams in a lower tier league in Europe where typically there's one or two teams per league who dominate.
He's never been that great. Goalkeeping is the most overrated position by Mexican journalists. They say they are all good but they are all mediocre. We haven't had a great GK in my lifetime.
This looks like a pretty good keeper to me. We disown them when they go to MLS. We ridicule them when they play in Europe but their teams lose. Somos un poco exigente, no?
