I'm no apologist but that looked like Memo's teammate facked up what would have been an easy catch for him.

 

Lack of communication between Ochoa and his defenders. I would say both Memo and his teammate were equally at fault.

They need to hurry up and learn Spanish.

Also worth noting that the team had 2 players sent off in the last 5 minutes, which they conceded the goal in.
