Headed a ball outward, landed on one of his defenders who slid to keep the ball but instead passed it to an opposition player, who then played a through ball to another Celta player who scored. Not entirely his fault but should have headed the ball harder.

Two relegations on his resume doesn't bode well for his transfer opportunities, I think. I'd also say he's not had a good season overall, by his standards. He has a solid 3-4 years left in his career. He better make them count, wherever he goes.

 

After his performance in the World Cup in 2014, I'm not sure how the hell he didn't get an offer from a legit club. He was magic.

From the majestic rise in like 06 to the "oh conejo is just for the experience, he's just going to show Ochoa the ropes" in 2010 to finally showing who the F**k he is in 2014.... and then playing second fiddle in Malaga. Ill never understand I guess.

 

Agree. Sometimes in life you can do everything right and it's still not enough. But Ochoa never lets that stop him.

It sucks when you see shit goalies like Romero, Navas, Bravo, etc. all at top clubs while a better goalie like Memo gets stuck at shit clubs
