*Henry Lopez already scored his for Caracas FC in a friendly.

*Kevin Elias signed for Municipal Liberia for a year.

*Paolo Ortiz and "Jerry" Ojeda had a great showing in their "try-outs" in Europe. If they don't get picked up by at least 2nd or 3rd division clubs in Portugal/Spain I'd be pissed (especially paolo since he scored a bunch of braces including against Benfica)

Paolo Ortiz has been a beast since I've seen him. Still blows my mind how wasted of a talent he's been in Guate. I really hope he gets picked up.

I'm still pissed the Cremas never gave him a fair chance. That's the reason I dislike Sopegno the most. He used to give youth a chance and play attacking soccer. Now he's got the team full of foreigners (7) and playing defensively

Ojala que altan no le pase lo mismo con los rojos. Son bastante parecidos. With the caveat that Paolo es mucho mas goleador (older too) but altan is a little more creative.

So there will be 3 guatemalans playing in Venezuela next season. Nacho Campollo has just signed for Atletico Venezuela. Say what u like about the dude, but you can't fault him for trying to stay abroad.

Henry Lopez scores his 2nd goal in a friendly, safe to say that we have someone who can score goals

Paolo Ortiz & Valverde will play in Portugal's 3rd division. Good for them. Hopefully they can impress and improve enough to get pick up by 1st division clubs.

Also, in b4 "hay que llamarlos a seleccion ..."

Replace, blas is in white caps I think . Besides, there's only room for one King in Dallas, and that's our own, king of the caguamas, Ruiz.

Si tuvieramos 3-4 jugadores con rapidez y buen toque este viejo tuviera 2 mas WCQ's in him and easily 80 goals.

Eso es lo malo, que nunca vienen las dos juntas...oh buen toque (Chalo, Moyo, Marquez) pero lentos, o rapidos (Loco, Kendell, Cincotta, Denis) Pero medio troncos.

Ahora deja la habilidad a un lado...si tuvieramos jugadores con su personalid, temple y liderazgo...cause in terms of natural talent, there have been better players than Ruiz. Pero con su nivel ninguno

yup, he'll be the first to admit there have been better players but many have lacked "hambre" (after 3:40 I think)

El cerote de Jerez se va ir a prestamo al subcampeon de colombia, Dep Cali.

Say what you like about the dude, en seleccion no da una. But he manage to become not only a starter but an idol in one of the better leagues in South America through sheer will and professionalism. Which most of our players lack. He's currently their captain and ppl just love him. Unlike guate, when he's referred as "el portero sin manos".

Hopefully he can open doors for future guatemalan goalkeepers (Hagen?) analogous to how Gabelo helped Keylor Navas getting an opportunity at Albacete.

Dang I was surprised to see him go to Dep. de Cali! Hopefully he does well because its a much bigger club than Alianza Petrolera.
