I did think about that;)....but subtlety is often lost on these boards and it's best to lay it out in black and white.:)

Fenerbahçe is not a bad team. they play champions and have some good players like lugano, roberto carlos, and dani guiza. of course a move to a team in one of the bigger leagues would be prefered but Fenerbahçe would be a step up team wise.

Sounds like the same reasoning used to justify Nery going to Shakhtar...

lets not compare fenerbahçe to shaktar. Fenerbahçe seem serious about building a good side they have quality players as well as a coach that just won the euro. a move to Fenerbahçe would not be career suicide

No mames, Turquia? I hope this is just to promote Guardado, because even though like some said, it is a step up team wise, it is a huge step back league wise.

Yeah, Fenerbache is a really good team, they play Champion's League consistently and generally have some good players. However, Guardado turned down PSV(who have a team on par with Fener) to be able to play in La Liga so I doubt he'll want to go to the Turkish League.

Guardado es un CRACK. Every game that goes by he proves his Crackness. Pretty soon will see him with one of the biggest clubs in the world. With that said, he wont go to Pavo land.

Guardado aint going to no federbache, he is the best mexican player. Until we have 4 to 7 guardados on our team we aint going to win shit. Just like joserra said, the world cup mexican champion team is in the womb of their mother today.

    Titi? As in Thiery Henry?

Thiery Henry has always been a horrible LW, that is a documented fact. He didn't flourish until they switched him over to a striking position.

So, yes, Guardado is a better winger than Thiery Henry.

In fact, I would say Guardado is among the Top 5 natural left wingers currently playing at the top level.
